Dr Chinh Nguyen graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Dental Science in 1993. He obtained his Master of Dental Science (Paediatric Dentistry) from the University of Sydney in 1997 and became a Fellow of The Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons the same year. In 2000 Dr Chinh completed a Diploma in Conscious Sedation and Pain control at Westmead Hospital. Dr Chinh has been a Specialist Paediatric Dentist in full-time Private practice since 1998 and currently runs two surgeries in Liverpool and Penrith. He has special interest in Conscious Sedation (oral, inhalation and intravenous) for children’s behaviour management, dento-alveolar trauma & its management, surgery, and orthodontics.
Dr Chinh has been involved with AHHA (Australian Heal Humanitarian Aid), leading the Dental Team in the last 8 years, doing Charity work in Vietnam and Cambodia (primarily treating disabled children from the poor villages and orphanages).
DR UDIT BHATNAGAR

Dr Udit joined us at Specialist Kids Dentist after having completed his specialty training in Paediatric Dentistry from the University of Melbourne (VIC).
Dr Udit obtained his undergraduate dental degree from Griffith University (QLD) in 2010, graduating with consecutive Academic Excellence awards. After working at two major dental hospitals in Sydney (Sydney Dental Hospital and Westmead Centre for Oral Health) over three years, he went on to complete his specialist training. Dr Udit obtained his Doctor of Clinical Dentistry (Paediatric Dentistry) in Melbourne where he held registrar positions at the Royal Children’s Hospital and the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne.
Dr Udit enjoys all things paediatric and has particular interests in the management of:
- Anxious / special needs / medically compromised patients
- Primary and permanent dental trauma
- Paediatric oral surgery
- Dental anomalies (especially Molar Incisor Hypomineralisation)
- Early childhood caries
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr Udit is the current secretary of the Australasian Academy of Paediatric Dentistry. He is also a member of the Australian Dental Association (ADA), the Australian and New Zealand Society of Paediatric Dentistry (ANZSPD), the International Association of Dental Traumatology (IADT) and the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (RACDS).
In his spare time, Dr Udit is a keen photographer, enjoys travelling and loves anything to do with cricket!
